剥離剤は二刀流！オストメイトのおなか周りスキンケア
私たちオストメイト、おなかにずうっとパウチを貼りつけているので、おなか周りのスキンケアには敏感です。
使い終わったパウチを剥がす時、剥離（はくり）剤というスプレーやワイプ（ウェットティッシュの様なタイプ）を使って、そぉっとやさしく外すのはオストメイトの常識。でも、拭き取りが甘くて前のパウチのベタベタが残っていると、次のパウチの持ちが悪くなっちゃうジレンマ！
私はスプレーとワイプの二刀流でベタベタを徹底除去します。スプレーだけ、ワイプだけよりも効率よく剥がせるので、長期的にはコスパも良い印象です。
スプレーから出る霧の細かさや勢いがメーカーごとに微妙に違うなか、エセンタは「たっぷり、やさしく」霧が出るのがいいところ。ふんわり多めの霧は上から吹きつけて時間を置けば、ちゃんと面板の下半分まで浸透するし、横から吹き付ければ面板の中心部までしっかり液が届きます。
（剥離剤は「ちょっと吹きつけて、30秒ぐらい時間を置いて、それでも必要なら更にちょっと吹き付ける」という我慢づよさが無駄遣いを防ぐ鍵だと勝手に思っていますｗ）
仕上げにワイプでひと拭き。石鹸や清拭剤では取れないベタベタもあるので、洗う前にワイプでひと拭きしたい気持ちです。拭いた後は剝離液が蒸発してくれるので、次のパウチもバシっと貼れます。

【It Takes Two】When people talk about “gut health”, my mind wanders between two places; one is the usual, microbiome and all that inside stuff. And the other is the external one, which is all about how to take care of the skin around the stoma, for my gut is partially sticking out of my tummy (in the cutest way) and the skin around it is very sensitive, like a princess.
A girl like me, who went through something called “ostomy surgery” has a bag stuck to her tummy 24-7. And how you keep the skin beneath it healthy and unharmed is far more important than what I daub on my face at times.
I want my tummy skin thoroughly clean but unscathed, and this all depends on that moment when you peel off your bag. I go easy on the skin starting with Convatec ESENTA Sting Free Adhesive Remover spray. It produces a gentle but thick mist to help your ostomy pouch to almost “fall off” of your skin, rather than “being ripped off” by yanking.
Being gentle is one thing, but leaving no adhesive residue ought to be achieved too. That’s when I pull out ESENTA wipe like ninja stars, and gently scrape off all the scum left on my skin. And there you have it – neat and clean skin ready for another bag to apply!
It takes two, baby, and I’m a two-way kind of girl.
