Sometimes it’s hard to live with a stoma (or two), giving all your resources to just one purpose: to survive. However fortunate and grateful we may feel for all the surgeries and treatments we’ve received, it’s still common to struggle with reclaiming our “life” after leaving the hospital, especially in the land where people get very judgemental over someone else’s body image.

But lately, I’ve been finding myself living rather happily more often than not. And a gentleman from Colostomy UK kindly wrote an article about me, featuring my kimono picture on the cover. I am utterly grateful for this opportunity, and I hope my quirkiness makes you chuckle a bit.
