術後半年ぐらい経って、鉄壁の貼りつけ技術(笑) をマスターしてからは、いろいろなメーカーの装具を試しています。
トラブルが起きてから違う装具を探すのも大変なので、元気な時にいろいろ実験したい派です。
そんな私でもツーピースへのハードルは高くて。面板（めんいた：皮膚側との接着面）と袋との嵌合部（かんごうぶ、って言うんですって。ドッキング部分）から漏れるのではと心配でしたが… このツーピースは良い感じです。ちゃんとハマると「パチっ！」と音がします。

しかも コンバテック ジャパン のこの子（ナチュラＭフランジ）はハサミいらず。面板の穴の部分が指でむにゅむにゅ拡げられるようになっているので、ハサミを忘れて旅に出がちな私との相性が抜群です(笑) ワンピースより持ちも良いし！
いつもの装具をちょっとお休みして、気分転換に新しい装具を試してみると… 緊急事態でいつものパウチが入手できない！という時にも落ち着いて対応できそうです。

【One-piece or Two-piece】That is the question.
I’m one of 210,000+ people with ostomies in Japan, and I’ve been a one-piece girl like the majority of Japanese people with bags, that is, until I heard a rumor about how popular two-pieces actually are in other countries.
Then I thought to myself. Why not?
It took a little leap of faith to try a two-piece system, for I can’t be sure whether I rendezvous-ed the bag and the adhesive well or not, on the first try. So I tested it out; and lo and behold, it snaps! It clicks terrifically!
Have you guys been enjoying this all the while without telling us? That’s not fair. Have you tried ConvaTec ( コンバテック ジャパン )’s Natura Two-Piece Durahesive Skin Barrier? You don’t even need scissors, which is a big plus for me because I always seem to travel with my scissors left at home. So…
Here’s a little video of me introducing two types of bags for whoever watches this, whether you have an ostomy bag or not. I mean, it’s fun to watch someone geeking out regardless, isn’t it?
